Our story
The idea for Foamcore Mouldings was sparked in 2009 when Matt Arnold and his father traveled to California to learn about foam moulding technologies. They were immediately impressed and decided to bring this innovative idea back to Canada.
Starting in their garage, Matt and his father began creating foam mouldings. Their hard work paid off, and soon they needed to move to a larger space. This marked the beginning of Foamcore Mouldings' journey to success.
The Turning Point

The turning point for Foamcore Mouldings came in 2017 when Matt Arnold and his team moved out of the garage and into a spacious 18,000 sqft warehouse with a team of 12 people, all determined to make a significant impact. It was during this time that they expanded their offerings to include polyurethane mouldings alongside foam mouldings, opening up a whole new realm of possibilities.
Foamcore Today
The journey continued, and Foamcore Mouldings eventually settled into its current location – a 55,000 sqft warehouse with a team of over 30 dedicated individuals. The journey from a garage operation with just Matt and his father to a bustling business is a testament to their unwavering commitment.
Today, Foamcore Mouldings remains focused on delivering top-quality products to all those interested in foam mouldings, setting a standard for excellence in the industry.
